Medical, Dental and Vision

Medical - We offer two medical plans through Blue Cross and Blue Shield, a PPO plan and a High Deductible Health Plan.

Dental is provided through Delta Dental. Preventative services are covered at 100% in-network.

Vision is provided through EyeMed and covers annual eye exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Health Savings Accounts

Team members who enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan can set up tax-advantaged bank accounts to pay for qualified medical, dental and vision expenses not covered under the plans. These are tax-free, individual accounts and are portable.

This service is free to all team members and their families. They can help with claims issues, quality comparisons, appointment scheduling and health care provider recommendations.

Short and Long Term Disability Coverage

We provide short and long term disability to help protect the financial assets of our team members. Both plans are paid in full by the company.

401(k) Plan with match and immediate vesting

The company matches 100% of the first 3% of a team member’s contribution and then 50% of the next 2% that you contribute. The matching contributions are made each pay period and are immediately vested.
